At Mes Premières Mailles, each item is handcrafted with the utmost care to offer softness, safety, and quality for your baby. Your satisfaction is our priority. If, however, a product does not meet your expectations, here are our return and exchange conditions.

 

🔁 Return period

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code.

✅ Conditions of acceptance

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

• To be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• To be returned in its original packaging or equivalent packaging

• Not to be a personalized item (first name, custom colors, special orders...), except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

🔄 Exchanges

• If you would like an exchange (size, color, model), we will do our best depending on available stock.

• In case of unavailability, a credit note or a refund will be offered.

💸 Refunds

• The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order, within 7 working days after receipt and validation of the return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
